Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch

  • Order processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During high‑volume periods, processing may take an extra day.

  • Delivery schedule: We ship orders Monday through Saturday; we do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Major cities in Pakistan: 2–4 business days from dispatch.

  • Remote or smaller towns: 4–7 business days. Delivery times can vary based on courier schedules and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, strikes).

  • International deliveries: At this time we primarily serve customers within Pakistan. For special international orders, please contact our support team for availability, estimated delivery times and shipping quotes.

Shipping Charges

  • Flat rate: A flat shipping fee of Rs 200 applies to orders below Rs 2,500.

  • Free shipping: Orders of Rs 2,500 or above qualify for free standard shipping within Pakistan.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available nationwide; additional COD charges may apply based on courier policies.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your package has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to follow your shipment’s progress.

Packaging & Handling

All items are packed in secure, hygienic packaging to preserve their natural quality and potency. We seal our herbal powders, seeds and oils to prevent contamination during transit.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Due to hygiene reasons, opened herbal powders or oils cannot be returned.

  • Eligible products: Most items qualify for return except:

    • Perishable herbs or consumables where the seal has been broken.

    • Sale or clearance items marked as non‑returnable.

    • Customized or special order products.

  • Proof of purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us: Email us at sales@jpspk.com or call 0321 577 1932 within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return authorization: Our support team will review your request and, if approved, send return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns without authorization may not be processed.

  3. Ship the product: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the address provided. If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refund method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer) or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Processing time: Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

  • Exchange: If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost once your return is approved.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
