Refund Policy

We value your trust and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. This policy explains when refunds are issued and how they are processed.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • You received a wrong or damaged product.

  • Your order has not been delivered within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • You cancelled your order within 24 hours of placing it and it has not yet shipped.

Refunds are not granted if:

  • The product has been opened, used or tampered with.

  • The request is made more than 7 days after receiving the product.

  • The item is marked as non‑refundable (e.g., perishable herbs once the seal is broken or clearance items).

How to Request a Refund

  1. Get in touch: Email sales@jpspk.com or call 0321 577 1932 and provide your order number, proof of purchase and reason for the refund.

  2. Return authorization: We may request that you return the item for inspection. If so, we will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a shipping label.

  3. Inspection and approval: Once the returned item is received, we’ll inspect it. We will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

  4. Refund processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). For non‑faulty items, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  2. Contact your payment provider. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@jpspk.comjpspk.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement provided they have not yet been processed. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return under the terms outlined above.
